BENTON W. FRY - PRESIDENT
With more than 40 years of experience, Mr. Fry is known for his expertise in managing complex healthcare construction projects. With the last 25 years focused in the medical imaging field, he has built the company on a foundation of trust, integrity, and providing the client with a superior product on-time and in budget.
Mr. Fry has worked with more than 100 community hospitals and imaging facilities helping them solve construction challenges with creative, functional, and cost effective design-build solutions. He not only focuses on building significant healthcare projects but building client relationships with an understanding and working knowledge of the imaging and medical industry.
Mr. Fry’s innovative approach and past areas of expertise have encompassed numerous facets of the construction industry. Those facets include: VP of management of high-rise office tenant finish for McFadden Construction Affiliates, President of ADC Construction Corporation with a focus on management of all third party and in-house construction projects, and VP of Construction for Vantage Companies’ North Dallas Division.
Fry holds a BBA from Southern Methodist University School of Business.

ERNIE STEVENSON - VICE PRESIDENT/ELECTRICAL DIVISION
Mr. Stevenson has over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, specializing in the electrical field.
Stevenson has spent the last 21 years providing design and installation for light, power, air conditioning, and refrigeration that must be met in the medical imaging field, to include compliance with all state and Federal regulations.
Responsibilities included: Estimating, electrical design, supervising crews, and the scheduling of electrical projects. Stevenson is unsurpassed in the Design/Build concept of electrical systems for the medical imaging industry. Stevenson provides the necessary, hands on experience of a Master Electrician to secure the success of our medical imaging needs.
Since February of 1993, Mr. Stevenson’s experience has been focused in medical imaging installations and their attendant support areas. Approximately 80% of his experience has been associated with design-build construction.
Stevenson has held a Master Electrician’s license for 23 years.

KYLE MARKEE - VICE PRESIDENT/ARCHITECTURAL DIVISION
Mr. Markee has been active in the healthcare construction industry for more than 15 years. His experience in medical and commercial architecture, planning, and engineering brings a vital aspect to the firms design-build practice. He is a licensed and registered Architect in Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Colorado.
Mr. Markee has accumulated extensive experience involving solution based architecture specializing in Healthcare Planning and Design. He has managed a diverse portfolio including hospital renovations, facility master planning, acute care hospitals, surgery centers, imaging centers and MRI suites. He has designed and developed mixed use properties, ground-up retail facilities, medical office buildings, and commercial real estate.
Mr. Markee has a working knowledge of the Rules and Regulations and document requirements for the Texas Department of Health Services (TDH). He is a member in good standings with the A.I.A., NCARB, and Texas Society of Architects (TSA) and holds a professional license with the Texas Board of Architectural Examiners.
Mr. Markee earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the College of Architecture at Texas Tech University.
BRUCE B. FRY – VICE PRESIDENT/MARKETING
Mr. Fry has over 15 years of senior management experience in the securities industry managing various institutional sales departments within the fixed-income markets and marketing.
Fry spent 15 years in the securities industry where he managed institutional sales departments focused on hedging residential mortgage pipelines in the southwest. He also co-founded and developed a web-based financial service program designed to streamline the mortgage brokerage industry via the Internet, the program was subsequently sold to GTE.
Before joining Fry Construction, he was most recently involved with the launching of Lucernex Technologies, the leading developer of web-enabled data integration and visualization software for the corporate real estate and construction groups within major industries. Lucernex will soon modify the product to address the needs of the health care industry; to include medical imaging.
His experience benefits Fry Construction in its marketing efforts and in the utilization of technology to improve the flow of communication in the field to speed construction while maintaining accuracy.
Fry holds a BBA and MBA from Southern Methodist University School of Business.
TIMOTHY N. McCOY - CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Mr. McCoy has over 39 years of experience in the construction industry.
McCoy’s areas of expertise have encompassed numerous facets of the construction process, to include: construction management, field supervision of work in progress and field employees, surveying, estimating, and purchasing. McCoy has served as the Construction Manager for Fry Construction since its conception and has focused primarily on the medical imaging industry. McCoy oversees all field construction and has the expertise to work efficiently with the client and the subcontractor. McCoy has served as the designated troubleshooter for Fry Construction and is considered as the “Go to” individual for problem solving in the field.

FRANK DIAZ – PROJECT MANAGER/SR. SUPERINTENDENT
Mr. Diaz has over 38 years of experience in the construction industry.
Mr. Diaz began his career in construction as an Apprentice Electrician/ Journeyman for Frymire Electric Division in 1971. After working with Frymire for 7 Years, Mr. Diaz became a Licensed Journeyman Electrician for J Electric Company where he worked for 12 years.
Mr. Diaz began work with Fry Construction in 1990 and has been instrumental in managing and completing the following projects:

DAVID BROWN – SENIOR SUPERINTENDENT
Mr. Brown has over 39 years of experience in the construction industry.
Mr. Brown has an extensive background and specializes in MRI shielding, heavy equipment operation and concrete.
