Cindy has more than three decades of experience in the construction industry, focused mainly on medical construction. Since the company’s inception in 1984, Cindy has held the offices of vice president, secretary and CEO for Fry Construction — overseeing all business development, construction estimating, field studies, material procurement, contracts, insurance, legal, accounting, bookkeeping and human resources.

In addition to her business and leadership experience with Fry Construction, Cindy has a strong background in the legal profession. Cindy earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Methodist University and holds a certificate from the National Center for Paralegal Training.


Ben’s experience in the construction industry spans more than 40 years, including 30-plus years with a targeted focus in medical construction — specifically in the areas of Medical Imaging, Oncology Facilities and Surgery Centers.

Before concentrating his construction expertise in the medical industry as president of Fry Construction, Ben served in a wide range of construction leadership roles for various companies. His previous positions included vice president of McFaddin Construction Affiliates, president of ADC Construction Corporation, and vice president of construction for the North Dallas division of Vantage Companies.

Ben is a graduate of Southern Methodist University, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.


Since 1996, Kyle has honed his professional expertise in a broad range of areas, specializing primarily in healthcare and commercial architecture. His experience includes employing solution-based architecture in healthcare planning and design; managing diverse portfolios of project types (including Facility Master Planning, Surgery Centers, MRI Suites, Radiation Therapy Centers and more); and designing and developing retail facilities, medical office buildings and commercial real estate.

Kyle has an adept understanding of regulations and document requirements for the Texas State Health Services, which ensures that all construction health standards are met — minimizing project delays as clients seek certification.

Kyle, a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and NCARB, is licensed and registered in Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Kansas and Colorado. He is also certified in NFPA 101 Life Safety. Kyle earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the Texas Tech University College of Architecture Design.


Drawing upon his extensive background in both sales and technology, Bruce has overseen the company’s marketing efforts since 2002 — utilizing the latest technology to improve the flow of communication in the field to expedite construction, enhance accuracy and deliver an exceptional client experience.

Prior to joining the Fry Construction team, Bruce spent more than 17 years in the securities industry. He also cofounded and developed a financial service software program designed to streamline the mortgage brokerage industry via a web-based platform.

Bruce earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master’s of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University. He also served in the 32nd Army Air and Missile Defense Command.


Nick joined Fry Construction as a field superintendent in 2000. Through his experience working with the clients and subcontractors in the field, Nick quickly worked his way up to the position of project manager/estimator in 2005 — followed by a promotion to his current position of senior project manager/estimator in 2015. Over the years, Nick’s expertise has proven to be invaluable as Fry Construction continues to strengthen its reputation as a premier general contractor in the medical construction field.

Nick’s experience with medical construction began in 1996, when he started his career with a third-party medical equipment installation company that supported GE Medical Systems. There, he worked as a project team lead manager installing MRI, X-Ray, CT and Heart Catheterization Centers.


Since joining Fry Construction as a project manager/estimator in 2014, Christy has been instrumental in providing proactive construction management, implementing project schedules, and developing cost estimates.

Christy’s hands-on estimating and management experience began while she was still a student at Oklahoma State University, where she completed multiple internship programs with large contractors in the area. Christy earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Technology with a minor in Business Administration. In 2010 she began work at CMSWillowbrook Construction in Oklahoma City. There, she created budgets for upcoming school bonds, estimating construction, determined scopes of work for bid packages and designed job site layouts and phasing schedules.


Matt joined Fry Construction in 2014 as a construction superintendent — a position that equipped him with a wealth of on-site experience as he managed the construction of MRI, CT, X-Ray and Heart Catheterization Labs. He was promoted to his current position of marketing/project manager in 2017.

Before joining the Fry Construction team, Matt launched his career as a partnership sales associate for One Technologies. In this position, he cultivated professional relationships and developed strategies to help prospective partners integrate their business and web processes for mutual gain. Matt earned a Bachelor of Arts and Public Affairs degree with a minor in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University.


From ground-up construction to large-scale hospital renovations, David is an expert in the field of medical construction. His construction career began in 1977, and he has an extensive background in specialized medical projects such as Linear Accelerator Vaults, Hybrid ORs and Surgical Centers. He is also well-versed in radiation shielding, heavy equipment, structural steel and concrete finishing. David is OSHA certified with 30 hours of training.


Frank began work with Fry Construction in 1990 and has an extensive background in medical and electrical construction. His specialties include Cath Lab construction, Hybrid ORs, CTs and MRIs. Frank’s construction experience dates back to 1971, when he began his career as an apprentice electrician/journeyman for Frymire Electric Division. After working with Frymire for seven years, Frank became a licensed journeyman electrician for J-Electric Company, where he spent the next 12 years. Frank is OSHA certified with 30 hours of training.


Jimmy’s construction career began in 1987, including 12 years dedicated to the installation of medical equipment and 17 years focusing solely on medical construction. His extensive background in the industry includes experience with MRI, CT, single and biplane Cath Labs, Mammography, Ultrasound and X-Ray construction. His areas of specialization include LINAC renovations and oncology equipment retrofits, RF enclosures, radiation shielding and structural steel. Jimmy is OSHA certified with 30 hours of training.


Donnie’s exceptional client communication skills and in-depth understanding of medical construction have made him a key asset to the Fry Construction team. Since entering the construction field in 1989, Donnie has honed his expertise in Imaging Centers, Hybrid ORs, MRI facilities, Cath Labs, CTs, X-Rays and hospital renovations. Donnie is OSHA certified with 30 hours of training.


James began work with Fry Construction in 2007 as a journeyman electrician before being promoted to a full-time superintendent position in 2010 and advancing to a master electrician position in 2015 — passing the SBCCI wiremen’s test as well as the current PSI master exam. His electrical and technical experience makes James an invaluable team member and trusted expert in the electrical and construction field. He specializes in Imaging Center construction, Cancer Treatment Centers, MRIs, CTs and X-Ray rooms. James is OSHA certified with 30 hours of training.
